2020 marks 20 years since the inception of AncientFaces. We are the same team who began this community so long ago. Over the years it feels, at least to us, that our family has expanded to include so many. Thank you!

Please view link. This wooden box contains cremated remains and sepia photograph of a young girl. On the back of the photograph is written "Arline Fisher" and "83" which I believe this biography shows Arline Fisher passing at the age of 83. I thought it was worth posting to you. Please feel free to email me at [contact link]. Bizarrely, years ago I discovered letters in a cardboard box under the bottom flap. These letters were unnoticed by my parents who headed to the trash can to toss the box. I happened to pull up at that moment nd asked to see the box. I discovered the letters who were written by my grandmothers brothers best fiend who died in the war/a pilit during Pearl Harbor. I was able to locate the deceased mans 85 year old brother and send him this precious treasure. If I have a feeling, I go with it. My apologies if this is nothing important, but I felt it was worth posting. Warm regards, J
