All you Civil War buffs out there. Need information as to where Soldier McGue was from exactly, and dates and regiment.
I am sure the the uniform is Yankee-Irish Brigade(by the emblem on hat) Also quite sure he was from Ohio
Looking for relatives.

The highest price of war
American Doughboys receiving aid at an ambulance. Countless numbers were lost or wounded and maimed. My uncle Johnny O'Rourke (see War Stories section) received the Distinguished Service Cross, posthumously. He also was awarded the Silver Star and Purple Heart for gallantry in action at Blanc Mont Ridge. He was killed in action 3 October 1918. Six weeks before war's end.

Rev Fr. Ralph J. McMonagle,born 25 May 1898. died 6 May 1986. Head of the East Catholc Deanery. Last Parish, Holy Cross, Euclid, Ohio. He also served God at Immaculate Conception and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. He was Ordained in 1923 by the Bishop Joseph Schrembs of Cleveland
Bobby in England 1944
Taken just before D-Day, June 6, 1944. Robert "Bobby" M. Russell was KIA on Dec. 6, 1944 in Ensdorf, Germany. He was with the 320th Engineers Combat Battalion, 95th Inf. Reg't "The Iron Men of Metz" He is buried in the Military Cemetery in France.

This is another 'Gem' photo. Popular in the 1860-1880 period. Did he grow up to be President?
The turned up brim is me.
The one in the dead center, with hat brim turned up, is my grandfather, Pvt. John Francis O'Rourke. 10th Ohio Volunteer Infantry, Co.K. Spanish-American War 1898. Enlisted in Cleveland, Ohio.

My daughter. Not an Ancient face yet. Someday she will be. Colleen McMonagle Rihtar passed away in the year 2000 while waiting over a year for a liver transplant.

I believe it is a photo of Nancy {Anna,Annie} McMonagle {nee: Sweeney}. I believe this is a 'death' photo. She died in 1877. Photo is as yet unidentified.
