So, I always peruse the thrift stores for frames for my Art work and I needed the frame this photo was in for the piece I'm working on. I removed the photo, which I believed to be a print and it actually is an authentic photograph. I saw the photographer's mark in the corner, and it happens to be from Paris. I was even more surprised when I turned it over and written quite eloquently was a beautiful note to her Love. It made me feel as though I intruded into their lives. I had to share it, because someone discarded this treasured gift and I don't know what to do with it. I know photographs are meant to be a remembrance of pieces of our past, but what happens when you end up with someone else's memories? It looks to be a very old photograph by the looks of her dress. She's really quite Beautiful.
