James T Puglis of Indianapolis County, IN was born circa 1951 in Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey United States. James Puglis was married to Kathleen A. (Hammer) Puglis on August 3, 1985 in Harris County, TX and they separated on November 6, 1997 in Fort bend County, and died at age 68 years old on June 10, 2020 in Avon, Hendricks County, IN.
