My name is Jeannie and I was left my grandmother's genealogy stuff. I've added a bit to it and found and corrected a couple of mistakes, but am still fairly new to all this. I have quite a few old pictures we found in her things after she passed. I am researching the names Blackie, Blauvelt, Greenleaf, Lloyd,and Otis.

This is a picture of the USS Nantucket. My great-grandfather Roy W. Greenleaf was a marine and he served on this ship as Chief Warrant Officer.

This looks to be a picture of Robert & Mary Ellen Blackie's three oldest daughters. Margaret, Eva, & Nellie. I think it may have been taken somewhere between 1895-1898. This is a tin picture. and very small.
Ggreat grandpa & grandma Blackie's home
This is 210 Wilkes St. in Lowell, MA. It was my GGreat-grandparents, Robert Alexander and Mary Ellen(Burton) Blackie's home. It was also used as a bording house.
