Dr.mult. Dr.hc Kutzscher ist nach dem 2. Weltkrieg aus Berlin in die USA geholt worden, wo er entscheidend an der Entwicklung von Infrarotsystemen u.a. bei RCA, Lockheed (?) und UNI in LA (Sherman Oaks), San Francisco .... als Direktor und später für uns in Heidelberg als Berater tätig war. Er hat uns z.B. bei der Starfighter Entwicklung sein unglaubliches Wissen vermittelt.- The first "Handhold" thermographic equipment was created in our organization in Heidelberg 1973.-- Dipl. Phys.
