James C Wintz was born in 1978 at Ukiah to Hazel A. Mckarson and Thomas Wintz, and has siblings Kimberly Klein, Tammy (Wintz), Sherry (Wintz), and Thomas Wintz Jr.. James Wintz married Christel Wintz on January 27, 2008 at Hazel's House in Vancouver, Clark County, Washington United States, and they were married until James' death on March 5, 2020.
