Richard L Duke of Garnett, Anderson County, KS was born on December 16, 1943 to Ray Duke and Ann Roth. He had siblings Chuck Duke, Dorothy Brock, and Patricia Rossman. He married Mary Ann Weiss, and had children Brian Duke and Nancy Licktieg. Richard Duke died at age 54 years old on February 4, 1998.
