Daniel McIlwaine c. 1813 - Oct 8, 1862 Pennsylvania, United States

Daniel McIlwaine was a soldier in the United States Civil War. He joined the Union on February 2nd 1863 and was a private in unit G 15th Kentucky Infantry. There is also a record that he may have served in the 143rd Regiment, Pennsylvania Infantry Company C. He fought at the Battle of Perryville and evidently died during battle on October 8th 1862. Daniel made headlines in 2013 when the Ghost Adventures crew seemingly captured a voice that identified himself as a civil war soldier named "Daniel Mcllwaine".
