William Oscar Finch of Floresville, Wilson County, TX was born on May 22, 1932. He was married to Herta Marie Finch, and had children Jurgen Erich Finch, Fred Micheal Finch, and Richard Lee Finch. William Finch died at age 72 years old on June 16, 2004, and was buried on June 22, 2004 at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery
