2020 marks 20 years since the inception of AncientFaces. We are the same team who began this community so long ago. Over the years it feels, at least to us, that our family has expanded to include so many. Thank you!

Candace is my mother, my bestfriend, and my soulmate. I am her youngest child out of three and I am her only daughter. My mother is and will always be the only strongest person I have ever had the honor to learn from. I miss her so much. There's not a day that goes by where I have stopped thinking about her and the pain of missing her really doesn't get better. You just get used to it. I know she's here with me. When a Beetles song plays or when I am struggling, I can sometimes hear her voice telling me her honest advice.
