Evelyn was born January 6, 1917 in Rocky Mount, NC, the daughter of Edward and Eular Welch. She was the wife of John A. Warren; they were married in 1942 and owned a home in St. Albans, NY. She is survived by her husband, John Warren; and her family, Soraya Smith, Khadri Smith; great-great grandchildren, Chana Markiewicz, Kasey Gillis, Krystall DeSheers; great-great-great grandchildren, Bryana, Jaylen, Tryston and Jaxson and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, brothers, Wilkin and Edward and sister, Alease Moultrie.

Alease Moultrie of Middletown, Orange County, NY was born on October 27, 1911, and had a sister Evelyn Warren. Alease Moultrie died at age 87 years old on December 1, 1998 at Arden Hill in Goshen.
