Joseph Frederick Parkinson of Ballarat East Australia. Family, friend, or fan, this family history biography is for you to remember Parkinson Joseph Frederick Parkinson.


Married Joseph Henry Parkinson in 1913. Had 12 children. Lived in Cowangie Vic and moved to Weethalle near West Wyalong.


Married Mary Frances Sheridan - lived at Cowangie Vic then moved to Weethalle near West Wyalong - sheep and wheat farmer. Joseph and Frances had 12 children - Joseph Henry Jnr was my father (Kay Parkinson Meany) who was the oldest boy. He did not have a great education but his general knowledge was phenomenal as he was an avid reader and often asked to be an after dinner speaker. He was one of a group who formed the inaugural Australian Wheat Board in NSW.
