Warren G. Elliott was born Feb 25, 1849 to Robert and Lucinda (Martin) Elliott in Lisbon Twp., St. Lawrence Co., NY. He married Rozella Irene Tomlinson (Tumbleson) on Jun 03, 1869 in Rochester, Olmsted Co., MN. Their children were Maurice E., Warren, James E., Anna W., Edna M., Robert T., and Warren G., Jr. Warren (senior) died Jul 11, 1933, probably in Oakland, Alameda Co., CA. This image is believed to have been a wedding photo.

Myrtle Harrelson was born Nov. 27, 1878 in Macedonia, Knight's Pairie Twp., Hamilton County, IL. Her parents were Ratcliffe Merrill and Lettitia Ann (Ingram) Harrelson. On Apr. 15, 1910, the Federal census found her living in the Village of Macedonia in Knight's Prairie Twp. and working as a telephone operator. The image is from a tintype, most likely commemorating her confirmation.

Sigrid Olsdatter Birkager, born Dec. 18, 1818 to Ole Johnsen Birkager and Marit Olsdatter (Ratte) Birkager in Oppdal, Søndre Trondhjems Amt, Norway, married Svend Svendsen Sneve in Oppdal on Oct. 27, 1843. She and her youngest children Kristine and Johan emigrated from Trondheim on Jun. 25, 1874 on the S.S. Tasso, calling at Christiansund and Bergen before crossing the North Sea to Hull, England. Their final destination was La Crosse, WI, where they joined her older sons Ole and Svend Sneve. The extended family soon settled in Brookings Co., SD. Sigrid died there on Mar. 27, 1905.

"Jessie" (b. January 27, 1888 in Chicago, Cook Co., IL; d. 1940) was the youngest child of Johan Bernard Heggem and Mathilde Andrine Petersdatter to survive to adulthood. She never married.
