MadameJoanne Phelps
About me:
Orla S. Casad was my Great Grandfather. In 1886 he was the first publicly elected Pittsburg Justice of the Peace in Crawford County, Pittsburg, Kansas. In l934, my Father, C. Wayne Phelps, was elected Judge of the District Court, the exact same position that Orla S. Casad held (with a slightly different title) back in 1886. I am a retired Paralegal myself, and learned my legal skills from my Father. I want to learn as much as I can about my Great Grandfather, my Father, and my whole family history.
About my family:
I haven't shared details about my family.
