Male with muttonchops in formal clothing-small crossed style tie, Jacket, vest, holding hat. Must be mid to late 1800s. Posed studio picture.
If this picture is from 1860s Germany, it may be Daniel Grunewald, who died in Germany in 1864.His widow traveled here with her children a few years later. The family name became Greenwald. Most settled in the New York City area.
