Hiram Comstock and his third wife, Mary Matilda Woods. Hiram Comstock was born in Burrillville, RI, Jan 1, 1829 and died in Boscobel, Wisc., Oct. 17, 1912. Mary Matilda Wood, Hiram's third wife, was born near Blue River, Wisc., Dec. 9, 1848 and died at Boscobel, Wisc., Aug 23, 1901. Her parents were Asa Wood and Ann Witt Wood. Hiram and Mary's children include Willam A. Comstock (b. July 10, 1874), Carley (born Jan. 1, 1872 d. May 18, 1884) and Bertha Adele Comstock (Mrs. John Henry King) born Nov. 18, 1872, Boscobel, Wisc, and George A.
