I met Ralph Perner when we were in the RAF doing our National Service in 1948-50. We were stationed at a camp near Blackpool and went on a moral leadership course together in London. I have a rather faded photograph from that course. I knew he studied chiropody, but was saddened to hear of his death at such a young age. Michael Zeffertt.
