Paul August Ruger of 128 S. Horton St., in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio United States was born on December 18, 1847 at Bingen(Rhein) Stadt in Bingen, Mainz-Bingen, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany County DE, and died at age 67 years old on November 9, 1915 at 128 S. Horton St., in Dayton, Montgomery County. Paul Ruger was buried on November 12, 1915 at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton.
