2020 marks 20 years since the inception of AncientFaces. We are the same team who began this community so long ago. Over the years it feels, at least to us, that our family has expanded to include so many. Thank you!

My name is:
Winfield Albert Fricke II....
I am the son of his son, Claude William Frick (his grandson).
I can say that this fine ma. Was such a great grandfather. Calm, loving, carring, talkative (alot so....) And I love him so much!
Every where my father, mother , siblings, and friends went camping, grandpa was sure to go.
In his 70's people commented how awsome it was to see him out in the forrest hunting up and down hills, canyons, etc with me and my dad.
One real memmory I have as a younger child, which I never will forget is at Alamo lake (Arizona), camping/fishing, etc
He told me stories how he would ride lightning down a hill.
I TOTALY believed him . didn't understand how but believed lol.
Then after many years, he finnaly explained to me that lightning was the name of a horse !!!
Hahahahahah blew my mind as a kid sooooo funny
