A friend is searching for her father who she doesn't remember because she last saw him when she was a young child. This is the only photo she has of him. It may have been taken in England, near London.
My friend thinks that he is wearing a British National Serviceman's uniform but one person from the same era thinks that it looks more like an American uniform.
Can any one help identify this uniform please?
