Paul Jules Léon Queneau was the son of Alexandre Augustin Léon Queneau (1821-1884) and Mathilde Cornélie Cerf-Berr (1846-1879). He was the brother of Augustin Queneau (1874-1972) and Madeleine Julie Normand (1875-1958).
On August 1, 1899, he married Jeanne Marie Louise Parmiseux in Grandvilliers, Oise, France.
Madeleine Julie Normand was the daughter of Alexandre Augustin Léon Queneau (1821-1884) and Mathilde Cornélie Cerf-Berr (1846-1879) and the sister of Augustin Queneau (1874-1972).

Alexandre A. Queneau married Mathilde Cornélie Cerf-Berr on May 21, 1874 in Paris. Mathilde Cornélie Cerf-Berr was born on April 29, 1846 in Angers, County Maine-et-Loire, France, and died on September 27, 1879 in Paris, France.
Alexandre and Mathilde were the parents of Paul Jules Léon Queneau (1867-1933), Augustin Queneau (1874-1972) and Madeleine Julie Normand, maiden name Queneau (1875-1958).
