John Wilson Carl (1885-1969) and His Wood Saw in Dade County, Missouri

I am grateful to Susan Carl for finding this picture of John Wilson Carl and his wood saw machine in the Greenfield Library, Greenfield, Missouri. He is believed to be the man in the middle, because he looks like a Carl. John, born 19 March 1885 in Ripley Co, WV, was the son of David Arthur Carl and Mary or Margaret B. (Williams). The family eventually moved to Dade County, Missouri. On 10 Dec 1915, John married Esther Estelle Gipson, who was born there on 1 May 1896. She died 1 Feb 1975 in Lockwood, MO, whereas John died 6 Dec 1969.
