John Henry Hanson Homestead
This homestead was the home of John Henry Hanson and his wife, Julia Francis Hendrix Hanson. John and Julia married in 1902, so the photograph was taken in the early to mid 1900s. Their youngest child, James (Jim) William Hanson is standing in the yard. Jim died in 2001. The house was located in the Big Creek Township of Craighead County, Arkansas, and it is no longer standing.
