Richard Lloyd Oliver of Madison County, Tennessee United States was born on May 25, 1954 at St. Mary's in Humboldt, Gibson County. Richard was baptized circa August 16, 1961 at First Baptist High St. 38382, in Trenton. Richard Oliver died at age 67 years old on December 6, 2021 in Medina.
