This photo was in my Great Aunt's scrapbook. We have no idea other than the name who he is, but on the right side bottom corner it says Turner and Bremerton WN so the photo was taken in Washington by Turner Studios. The uniform I am told indicates he was a 1st Class Seaman (E-3) probably early 1920s.
