Unknown Hoover brothers, probably in or around Hinton, WV.

This photo was in a family album. My great-grandmother's niece (Nora Elba Burdette) married Charles Hoover (born about 1864) in 1890, probably in Hinton, WV. I'm assuming one of these brothers is Charles, but I don't know which one. In the 1910 census, Charles is head of household with his stepfather and stepbrother, Henry and Harvey Hobbs, and my great-grandmother, Josephine Rohr, living with him. Can anyone claim any of these brothers as relatives, or shed light on who's who?

My grandfather (John A. Rohr, seated at the right) was in the US Army from 1907-1910 and 1916-1920, was furloughed once (1919), and honorably discharged twice. My guess is the photo is early in his career, as he looks very young (he was born 1890 - yes, he was only 17, but it appears he got around that somehow). Maybe someone will recognize the other 3 men. I don't know who they are.

My g-grandfather, John J. Rohr - what uniform is this? He was born in Rockingham co. VA about 1850-1852 and died 6 Dec 1905 in Hinton, Summers co. WV.

In the Summers co. WV 1910 census Henry Hobbs age 60 and his son Harvey age 22 are living with Henry's stepson Charles A. Hoover age 46, Charles' wife Nora age 40 and their sons George age 17 and Frank age 14. My g-grandmother Josephine (Phillips) Rohr lives with them. I don't know how the Hoovers and Hobbs are connected to the Phillips. I have pictures of Rose, Sally, Tom, John, and Bill Hobbs but don't know who they are.
