Front of Aunt Sylvias Bible
This is the front of Aunt Sylvia Adams Kelly's Bible. In it were a lot of unnamed photos. Maybe someone on here will recognize one and solve the mystery. These people descend from James Adams and Catherine Thomas Adams of TN/NC/MO/CA.who arrived in Ray Co, MO in 1837. Sylvia is the daughter of Benjamin Franklin Adams and Lodusky Jane Cummins Adams who were born in 1839 and 1844 in Ray County, MO.She was the seventh of eight children.She married Claud KElly who died about 1942 in San Jose, CA. Sylvia and her sister Elsa are buried at Oak Hill Memorial Park in San Jose.

This is one of several pictures found in Aunt Sylvia Adams b. Ray Co. MO.died in San Jose, CA. These Adams came from NC to Ray Co, MO. in 1837. Then to OK and on to California.None of the photos are named. One I recognized. We think one might be Catherine Thomas Adams b abt 1801 in NC. The Bible is in the posession of her gg grandson in Hawaii.
