John was a special Son, Brother, Uncle and Father. John has 3 children (Angie, Rob and Roxy) and 8 grandchildren (Travis, Evelyn, Tori, Hannah, Hailey, Junior, Tori, Brock & Trey). John was a very caring and thoughtful person. He often went out of his way to help others, bring a sick friend or neighbor some of his homemade soup, or give his company to cheer up a friend. He was a very fun Dad. He was spontaneous, hilarious, and loving. He said "I love you" every day & night, he gave the best & biggest hugs, he had a special way of making people feel special & valued. He gave lots of compliments & he had the best sense of humor, loved telling jokes & playing tricks! John had a genuine love for nature & the great outdoors. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and was always very considerate and respectful of these privleges. John loved teaching his kids all there was to know about animals, birds, fish, these outdoor sports, gun & hunting safety. He was a terrific teacher. He also taught his kids compassion, great manners, selflessness, affection, self-control, creativity, the list goes on. Ultimately these various teachings taught John's kids how to be better parents, siblings, friends, and citizens. John left a huge, very unique & wonderful stamp on our hearts. We are forever grateful for all he gave us and we wish he could still be here on earth with us. He is missed tremendously. John died by suicide, the evening of Mother's Day, 2008. John has most definitely let us know that his spirit is still with us. There is undoubtedly an afterlife. Even science explains that all living things are made up of energy. Energy can not be created nor destroyed. Energy never dies; it only transforms. Our loved ones who have passed over are still with us in spirit. If you open your heart & mind to these facts, you may be blessed with the signs and affirmations like John's strong energy has been able to manifest. God is amazing. God's plan is perfect. God loves us all & understands us perfectly. God is the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort. Thank you for reading. May God bless your heart & soul & life on earth. You are never alone. You are loved beyond words. People on this earth are flawed & their love is imperfect; but God's love for you is perfect. He gives us free choice but does not want us to harm ourselves. Trust God on your journey. He will see you through all heartache. He will make a way to a better path and give you hope and joy for a better future. Blessed are those who believe in the promises & power of God. The pain that you are facing now, can not compare to the JOY that is coming! You are loved & you are worth fighting for. Focusing on the good will drown out the bad. Satan's weapon is lies & his target is your mind. Filling your mind with the word of God will drown out the deceitful noise. Stand on the rock solid foundation of God's truth filled word.
