Gottlieb, Alaina (Alwina?), Adolf and 'Grandpa' Rempel.
Adolf, Gottlieb & Alaina (Alwina?) Rempel emigrated to Canada in 1928 aboard the Volendam Holland America at the port of Halifax... and then the family disappears... meaning, we don't know what happened to them after that.
Gottlieb Rempel is the Brother of my G-Grandfather, Gottfried Rempel who died in 1932 in/around Minitonas, Manitoba.
Adolf, Gottlieb & Alaina (Alwina?) Rempel emigrated to Canada in 1928 aboard the Volendam Holland America at the port of Halifax... and then the family disappears... meaning, we don't know what happened to them after that.
Gottlieb Rempel is the Brother of my G-Grandfather, Gottfried Rempel who died in 1932 in/around Minitonas, Manitoba.

This photo was found amongst my Grandmother's family photos after her death. Her maiden name is Rempel...
This and other photos, which upon closer examination, all appear to be from the same photo studio. Two of photos ARE identified as Rempel's, but this one and 3 others are unknowns...
These COULD be my Great Grandmother's family (name unknown) as well...
I do not know where the photos were taken, but the Rempel and my Great Grandmother's family originally came to Canada from Poland/Germany/Ukraine (my Nana and her family in 1929), and settled in Manitoba.
