Mary Wells SPENCER family
Mary Wells SPENCER family
Mary Wells SPENCER with some of her family, taken in Northampton.  Who is
the family? Applicable surnames are Wells, Spencer, & Sly.

We are certain the older lady in the middle is Mary Wells SPENCER.  She lived in New York, Wisconsin, and Vermont at different points in her life. The picture says it was taken in Northampton (New York or Vermont?).  The
question:  who are the other four people?  Some think it is her son Robert Wallace SPENCER & his family, but others think he wouldn't have traveled all the way from their home in Unity, Wisconsin to Northampton.  Is this one of Mary's other children with family?  We believe it is Robert Wallace
SPENCER, his wife Irene or Lorena SLY and their children Dora and Lorenzo James (Jim).  If this is true, it dates the picture about 1880. People in the photo are listed from left to right.
