Bill graduated from Aiken High School 1972 Joined the Army was stationed in Berlin Germany as a Sharp Shooter then a Medic with MDBN 326 ACO.
He married Catherine Marie Moertle Watson July 23, 1978 . They had 2 children Wm Paul Watson II & Stefanie Marie Watson . They moved the family to Rising Sun Indiana where they resided until til their deaths. Paul 10/25/2004 age 26, Catherine 2/14/2007 age 44.
Bill received his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Environmental Remediation in 1992 from The University Of Findlay Ohio , in which he worked in that field from Production then to overseeing the clean up of The Fernald Uranium Plant in Shannon Ohio from 1981 until retiring March 1,2005.
He passed away July 15,2020 surrounded by loved ones and in the arms of his daughter after battling many forms of cancer.

Cathy passed away in her bed from sudden cardiac arrest on Valentines day morning on the phone with her brother , her mother Helen Moertle had died the day prior to her death.

Roscoe Watson of Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio was born on June 26, 1903 in Casey County, Kentucky United States to Joseph Kendrick Watson and Patsy Davenport. He had siblings Harland Watson, Jack Watson, and Arlene Watson. He was the father of Joseph Kendrick Watson and Samuel Watson. Roscoe Watson died at age 82 years old in October 1985 in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, OH.
