Although I never got to meet my great grandfather he has been a great influence in my life. He was an inventor who has contributed many things to society such as work with Thomas Edison on the light bulb, specifically the circuit that ran it. Also the first electric waffle iron, the car good spring that held good up without a propped. And was also an artist who sculpted and painted, some of which you may have seen if you've been to church, such as the round faced Virgin Mary cradling the baby Jesus.
