Anna died in 1923 in a train accident, and Johanna had just come to the USA, from St. Michael, Austria, Aug. 11,1922. Crossed over as Theresie Bauer & joined Uncle Franz Schmidt & wife at 68 Sprague Ave., Tottenville, NY. Sister Theresie stayed in Austria to get married.
Anna died in 1923 in a train accident, and Johanna had just come to the USA, from St. Michael, Austria, Aug. 11,1922. Crossed over as Theresie Bauer & joined Uncle Franz Schmidt & wife at 68 Sprague Ave., Tottenville, NY. Sister Theresie stayed in Austria to get married.
