Harold Clifton Rogers
A photo of Harold Clifton Rogers. Mr Rogers was my Grand-Father on my Dads side of the Family. In the 1940's Harold participated in the WPA program and because of this his trade was construction. He assisted in the clean-up and building of the small town of Ogden Illinois after a destructive tornado in 1996. He helped to build the Assembly Hall ( now known as the State Farm Center). Harold was forever toting the cigar you see in this photo. His Wife was Anna Bernice Rogers Willfong . They had two children Dennis M. Rogers and my father Robert Lee Rogers.
