Anna Shanks Blake is my grandmother. The little girls name is Bertha. I would like to know if someone knows her last name. She could be a niece to my grandmother. Which her last name could be Clark or Van Meter. As my grandmother was raised by her grandmother Louisa Van Meter. Louisa's first marriage was to Andrew Clark. Where they had three daughters..
I believe she was boarn around 1907-09..... She looks to be about 8 years old. This would have been taken in West Virgina, Mason County. I would appreciate it if any one connected to this little girl to please email me.
