my mom's father, vedat safak yami: this is a photo -probably- taken in 1960s. the car belonged to my mother's father who died in 1968. As far as I know he had one more car -a chevrolet- very rare at those times. my mother told me so many stories about her father, he was apparently well-off. :) He looks so handsome in the photograph. I miss those old times. People were friendlier than modern times.

Dear Uncle: the little kid sitting in the middle of two boys will be my uncle about 20 years later..:) I like him.. He is now 59 years of age and still looks young and charismatic.. He is with his cousins in this photo..
