My maiden name is Virginia Paula Snickers. I was born and grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts. My grandmother's maiden name was Jutila. I believe that my father's parents immigrated to the U.S. from Finland. My mother's parents also immigrated from Finland.

John F. Koprusak of Pascoag, Providence County, RI was born on April 5, 1906, and died at age 71 years old in July 1977.
Clifford R. Snickers of Worcester, Worcester County, MA was born on December 16, 1911 in Auburn, and died at age 80 years old on May 20, 1992 in Worcester.

My grandmother Christine was married twice. Her father's name was Charles Carlson. Her first husband's name was Charles Edward Snickers. He died. She married again. Her second husband's name was Oscar Carlson who was my stepgrandfather. I never met my grandfather Snickers who died years before I was born. According to my father Paul Snickers, Charles Snickers died about 1929 when my father was 16 and Charles Snickers was 62. My father then quit school to help his mother make money.
