SCHMITT siblings
The photo of the three children was sent to my grandparents in the 1920s. It shows an imprint saying "O. Wilger, 570 Monument Square, Racine Wis". That must be the photo studio where the picture was taken.
The three children must be the offspring of either Barbara, Elisabeth or Peter Schmitt who emigrated from Dasburg in the Eifel region in Germany presumably after their father Moritz's death in 1901. Their mother Anna Maria HEINEN (* 8 April 1838 in Daleiden) might have emigrated with them as I cannot find an obituary in Germany.
On the back of the photo there is a birthday (probably of one of the children) given with either 9.8. or 2.8.
Any information is welcome.

The photo was sent to my grandparents in Germany in the 1920s. It shows a young woman who should be the offspring of a SCHMITT family who emigrated from Dasburg in the Eifel area.
I guess that could have been around 1902. They emigrated after their father's death in 1901. Barbara, Elisabeth and Peter SCHMITT were the names of the young grown-ups who emigrated. I think their mother Anna Maria HEINEN (* 8 April 1838 in Daleiden) might have emigrated with them since I cannot find an orbituary in Germany.
