Bill Holman, 1947
A photo of Bill Holman at the "The Big (pony) Ride" in New York state. The "Big Ride" was a children's pony ride, at the corner of Niagara Falls Blvd & Sheridan Drive, in the Township of Tonawanda, in western NY State. It was owned by George Hise of rural Lockport, NY. This picture, from about 1947, is submitted by Bill Holman, who worked for Mr. Hise as one of the pony leaders. Bill is pictured 4th from the left facing the picture, with his favorite pony, Chester.
