Henry Melody Jackson Jr. (December 12, 1912, Columbus, Mississippi – October 22, 1988, Los Angeles, California) was a world boxing champion who was more well known as 'Henry Armstrong'.
Henry Jr. began his boxing career in 1931 which would include numerous championships and knock out winning streaks in three different divisions, including three world boxing championships. After 14 years of boxing success, Henry Armstrong ended his career in 1945.
In 2007, The Ring ranked Armstrong as the 2nd greatest fighter of the last 80 year
