Charlie H (Henry ?)ROGERS said he was born in Kentucky; his birth date is given as 12 December 1874 on his WWI Draft Card. I have found no records, other than census data from 1910, 1920,1930 and the draft card, that prove or disprove this. Charlie had two known brothers -- Steve E. ROGERS (married to Jeanette PATY)and Robert Lee ROGERS (married to Lila Thomason)-- and one sister -- Dellia (Cordellia ??)ROGERS (married to Newton T "Newt" JONES-his first wife). i have not been able to find parents for these siblings, but continue to search.

I found my copy of this picture in the attic behind a chimney in the house
we tore down on our ranch 10 years ago--it was the Kline grandparents' home. Large size version of it hung in their living room for many years, but was given to one of the other cousins when the grandparents died.
