Rose Wagner, b March 31, 1879 in South Bend, St. Joseph, Indiana, d. 1942 in Chicago, IL. She married Hector L. Randall (1874-?). We believe Charles and Rose are the children of Charles Wagner and Freida or Freidaricka Wagner who arrived in this country in 1874 from Germany.
