Hi everybody, I don't have a whole lot of information but I am looking for any info. on my late Uncle Jim who passed away... I know for a fact his name,date of birth,date of death,where he is buried and that he served in the United States Air Force...I am basiclly looking for any of his buddies or any photos that might be out there of him in his uniform...what his rank might have been...I am in the process of creating my family tree and have now come to a stand still on my uncle...I believe his buddies called him "Big Jim" he was full blooded Greek and a very large man in height and weight...I will post a civilian photo of him on this website...here is his info.

I found this photo at an antique store in Glouster,Mass.... the photograph was taken by Emily Stokes at 88 Boylston Street,Boston,Mass, I do not know the date or who this man is,I have tried doing some research and found him on Ancestry.com but unfortunately I can not afford to pay for it. I believe this photo was taken in New York,I can't read the writing,this is my grandparents on my fathers side...Andrew was from Russia and Basilia also known as (Lee) was from Cuba..my grandfathers name is on the wall at Ellis Island,Panel 476..I do not know when he came through or on what ship...he was born either in 1921 or 1928...please if anybody has any more information about this photo please contact me as I would love to know more about my family history/heritage...thank you and have a wonderful day/night...Teresa
