William West Anderson of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California United States was born on September 19, 1928 in Walla Walla, Walla Walla County, WA to Otto West Anderson and Audrey Volenne Anderson. William Anderson had a brother John Speer Anderson. He married Billie Lou Yeager on August 27, 1950 at St Paul's Episcopal Church 323 Catherine Street, in Walla Walla, Walla Walla County and they later divorced in 1956. He also married Ngatokorua Frisbie Dawson on February 1, 1957 in Hawaii and they later divorced in 1962 in Walla Walla, Walla Walla County. They had children Jonelle Susan Anderson and Hunter Otto Anderson. He and Marcelle Tagand Lear married on November 7, 1970 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, and they were married until William's death on June 9, 2017 in Los Angeles. They had children Nina Audrey Tooley and Perrin Otto Anderson.

    William Anderson, known as his stage name "Adam West" is an American actor. He is known most famously for his role of Batman in the 1960's television series "Batman" that aired 120 episodes from 1966-1968 and the 1966 movie of the same name. After Batman, he appeared in other movies and tv shows, often as himself, Adam West and did voice over work and appeared in shows such as "The Fairly Odd Parents", "The Simpsons's", "Spongebob Squarepants", and "Family Guy". Adam West has a star of the Palm Springs Walk of Stars and received the 2468th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2012. West was married three times. He first married his college girlfriend, Billie Lou Yeager in 1950 and they divorced six years later. The following year in 1957, he married Ngatokorua Frisbie Dawson, a dancer from Cook Island. The couple had two children before their divorce in 1962. He then married Marcelle Tagand Lear in November 1970. They had two children and were married until his death.

He then did voice over work and appeared in shows such as "The Fairly Odd Parents", "The Simpsons's", "Spongebob Squarepants", and "Family Guy", as Adam West, the mayor of their fictional town Quahog, Rhode Island. Adam West has a star of the Palm Springs Walk of Stars and received the 2468th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2012.

The following year in 1957, he married Ngatokorua Frisbie Dawson, a dancer from Cook Island in Hawaii. He and Frisbie met in the 1950s, when he was living in Hawaii at the beginning of his career to pursue television and had landed a role in the TV series El Kini Popo Show.The couple had two children before their divorce in 1962. He then married Marcelle Tagand Lear in November 1970. They had two children and were married for over 46 years and reamined married until his death. West also had two step-children. During the filming of the Batman series, Adam West became close friends with his crossover co-star Van Williams, who played "The Green Hornet". Van and Adam spent lots of time together, were neighbors for some time, and enjoyed spending time together outdoors, fishing, and hunting together.
