Anna (Swanson) Matthews 1865 - 1907

Anna (Swanson) Matthews was born on December 26, 1865 in Sweden to Carl Magnus Swanson and Anna Sophia (Bentgson) Swanson. She married Newman Hamlin Matthews on January 24, 1887, and had children Mable Irene (Matthews) Reeder, Herbert Leslie Matthews Sr, Ralph Waldo Matthews, Iva Lenore (Mathews) Denton, Nellie Ruth (Matthews) Cox, Carl Newman Matthews, and Bernice Elizabeth (Matthews) Blase. Anna Matthews died at age 41 years old on March 27, 1907 in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana United States, and was buried at Montrose Cemetery-Crematorium 5400 N Pulaski Rd, in Chicago, Cook County, IL.
