Arthur Edgar Wastell of 63 Learmonth Street, in Queenscliff.Vic.Au. County, VIC Australia was born in 1873 in Oakleigh, City of Monash County to William Henry Wastell and Philadelphia Maria Houghton (Tanner) Wastell. He married Clara Ivy Lottie (Newport) Wastell in 1901.
