Charles Frank Lincoln Young Captain of Ada County, Idaho United States was born on May 25, 1863 in Washington, Washington County, IA to Arthur Babcock Young and Nancy Matilda Kelley. Charles Young had siblings Julius Wilson Young, Fanny Hellen (Nellie) Hudson, Louis Sherwood Young, Andrew Egbert Young, and Carrie Alberta Young. He married Margert Luella Busenbark on April 11, 1913. He also married Mude Blair. Charles Young died at age 82 years old on October 24, 1945 in Ada County Idaho, and was buried in October 1945 in Boise, Ada County, ID.
