Charlie Lester Hill Sr. 1915 - 1984

Charlie Lester Hill Sr. was born on July 26, 1915 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia United States to Florence Prudence (Henderson) Hill and William Thomas Hill, and had siblings William Henry Hill, Richard Bernard Hill, Edgar Thomas Hill, Mary Annie Hill, Clara Gladys (Hill) Sadler Woodson, Clarence Douglas Hill, Lelia Florence (Hill) Bryant, and Ruth Inez (Hill) Barber New. He married Cassie Kaye Covington Hill on September 12, 1936 in Chatham, Pittsylvania County, and they were married until Charlie's death on September 14, 1984 in Danville. Charlie Hill had children Ruby Inez Hill, Charlie Lester Hill Jr., and Peggy Joyce (Hill) Johnson.
