    Funeral services for Guy Clinton Holder, 74, formerly of Olney, were held Monday, April 8, at Lunn's Funeral Chapel in Olney with the Rev. Marie Helm, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Newcastle, officiating. Interment was in the Farmer Cemetery under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home. Mr. Holder was born September 15, 1927, in True to the late Royce and Estelle (Reeves) Holder. He died Saturday, April 6, 2002, in a Wichita Falls nursing center. He was graduate of Olney High School. He received several medals as a U.S. Army National Guard sharpshooter. He was employed by Jimmy Harvey of Archer City as an oil-field pumper for 40 years. He moved to Wichita Falls in 1998 from Olney. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Rocki and Bill Holder of Wichita Falls; one sister, Bette Pulliam of Olney; and one granddaughter. He was preceded in death by a sister, Peggy Holder, December 24, 1938.
